After Graduation, the fearsome foursome of hoops seniors that led the Renaissance of Georgetown basketball has scattered itself across the country and globe.

Roy Hibbert was drafted by a Canadian team (Toronto) and quickly shipped off to a foreign land known as Indiana. Patrick Ewing Jr. was then drafted by a team on the opposite coast from Georgetown (Sacramento).

And now, Jonathan Wallace and Tyler Crawford are off to Slovenia.

Wait, where?

That’s south of Austria and east of Italy for those of you not in the SFS. (That’s in Europe for those of you from GW).

Though my Slovene isn’t that good, I think Wallace has been signed by Union Olimpija, and it looks like they’re taking Crawford on a trial basis as defensive specialist. (Tyler sure looks angry in that last link).

I can’t imagine that Wallace is making the $50 million dollars that LeBron wants to play in Europe, but he’s probably making a decent living.

But will the Alabama Rainmaker enjoy himself so far away from the farm?
